Oriso acquires Vullify to expand sovereign cybersecurity offering

Quebec-based cloud provider Oriso acquired Vullify, a company focused on vulnerability management and attack surface monitoring. Financial terms were not disclosed, and Oriso said the acquisition will strengthen its ability to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity while keeping client data hosted in Canada.
