Allvue Systems, a Vista-backed provider of alternative investment software, has acquired PFA Solutions, a specialist in carried interest and compensation software for private capital firms. The acquisition integrates PFA's FirmView capabilities into Allvue's platform to strengthen carried interest, compensation, and performance analytics functionality for private equity, venture capital and private debt managers.
