Alma Bank to Acquire American Community Bank

Alma Bank, along with American Community Bancorp, Inc. and American Community Bank, has entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger under which Alma Bank will acquire American Community Bank. American Community Bank will merge into Alma Bank, which will remain the surviving institution, with the transaction expected to close in the first quarter of 2027 subject to approvals and customary closing conditions.
