Altia Acquires Badger Software

Altia, the NorthEdge-backed provider of intelligence and investigation software, has acquired Badger Software, the UK developer of CLIO critical incident and covert-operations software. The acquisition expands Altia's product offering into critical incident management and positions CLIO for international rollout; Badger's founder Rob Brigham will join Altia as Head of Crime in Action Solutions.
