American AllWaste Acquires Assets of Onsite Environmental

American AllWaste LLC, a NewHold Enterprises platform, acquired the assets of Onsite Environmental, a Tennessee-based provider of non-hazardous liquid waste hauling and treatment services. The asset purchase expands AllWaste's non-hazardous liquid waste platform in the Southeast and adds capabilities such as brown grease recovery; financial terms were not disclosed.
