American Pacific Group Acquires SaltStick

American Pacific Group (through an APG affiliate), in partnership with Joe Falsetti of Dana Holdings LLC, has acquired SaltStick, a sports electrolyte supplement brand founded in 2006. The deal establishes Roadrunner Holdings LLC as APG's platform for sports nutrition brands and will support product development and expansion of SaltStick's distribution footprint.
