Amphenol Corporation announced details of a mandatory open offer to acquire up to 1,196,000 equity shares (26.0% voting share capital) of ADC India Communications Limited (ADC India) from public shareholders. The open offer follows Amphenol’s completed acquisition of the Connectivity and Cable Solutions business from Vistance Networks, after which ADC India became an indirect majority-owned subsidiary of Amphenol.
