Amwins has acquired Community Association Insurance Solutions (CAIS), a Managing General Agent and program administrator focused on insurance for homeowners' associations, condominiums, townhomes and PUDs. CAIS will continue operating as part of Amwins Underwriting, bringing its MGAlive technology platform and niche community-association insurance products to expand Amwins' specialty offerings.
