AmSpec Group has acquired A-B Environmental Services, Inc. (dba A-B Labs), a Houston-based environmental testing laboratory, expanding AmSpec's environmental testing capabilities and national reach. The acquisition adds microbiology, air, and metals testing services to AmSpec's testing, inspection and certification (TIC) network and strengthens service offerings to chemical, energy, and government clients.
