Inverness Graham-backed pet treat platform Treat Planet has acquired Bosco & Roxy's, a London, Ontario-based manufacturer of premium baked dog treats. The acquisition expands Treat Planet's Grab-and-Go product portfolio and adds Bosco & Roxy's automated 80,000 sq ft manufacturing capabilities to support branded and private-label growth; terms were not disclosed.

Terms were not disclosed; Borgman will partner with founders Jackie, Mark and Shane Steigleman to support the company's next phase of growth with senior financing provided by Highland Bank.

Antelope, a consumer pet platform launched by Wendy Wen in partnership with private equity firm Alpine Investors, has acquired Doggo, a digital pet insurance provider founded by Patty Li. The investment will support Doggo's direct-to-consumer strategy — including marketing, branding and subscriber growth — while Doggo will continue operating under its brand and Patty Li will join Antelope's board.
