MIRATECH, a Tulsa-based provider of emissions and acoustic control solutions, has acquired Advanced Catalyst Systems (ACS), a Maryville, Tennessee manufacturer of catalyst technologies and emission control systems. The acquisition expands MIRATECH’s U.S. catalyst manufacturing capacity, strengthens its East Tennessee footprint, and brings ACS' proprietary coating and substrate capabilities into MIRATECH’s platform to accelerate R&D and support growing emissions-compliance demand.

Technip Energies Completes $556 Million Acquisition of Ecovyst Advanced Materials & Catalysts Business

Technip Energies has completed its $556 million acquisition of Ecovyst’s Advanced Materials & Catalysts (AM&C) business. The deal adds a specialty catalysts and advanced materials platform (including Advanced Silicas and Zeolyst International) and brings 330 employees to Technip Energies, with AM&C continuing under existing leadership across facilities in the U.S. and Europe.

AP's management team will remain in place and Marmon expects to invest in innovation and automation to grow AP's manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities across the automotive aftermarket and truck end markets.

Innovative Emissions Control Inc. Acquires Cormetech, Inc.

(IEC), a special-purpose investment company founded by John Moore and Edoardo Bugnone, has completed a transaction to acquire Cormetech, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. IEC said the investment will provide growth capital and long-term ownership stability to support Cormetech's global expansion and development of new technologies, including work in carbon capture and water treatment.

Catalyst Power Acquires AP Gas & Electric (NY) LLC

The acquisition is backed by BP Energy Partners, the private equity sponsor of Catalyst Power, and represents an add-on to Catalyst Power's platform to accelerate deployment of lower-carbon energy solutions.
