Apax Funds (acting through Nordahl BidCo AB) completed a recommended cash offer to take Norva24 Group AB (publ) private with acceptance from roughly 98% of shareholders. The transaction follows exits by existing investors including Valedo Partners and Nordstjernan after a period of strong organic growth and more than 50 add-on acquisitions that grew Norva24 to roughly NOK 4bn in revenue.

APG and OMERS Infrastructure Acquire Groendus from NPM Capital

A consortium of Dutch pension asset manager APG and OMERS Infrastructure has agreed to acquire Groendus, a sustainable energy platform, from NPM Capital. Groendus — formed in 2021 from a consolidation of six companies — is headquartered in Utrecht, employs about 130 people, serves thousands of business, municipal and institutional clients, and will continue to be led by its current management team; financial terms were not disclosed.

ORIX Capital Partners Acquires Majority Interest in Odin

Athene Acquires Majority Stake in Newfi (Investment Managed by Apollo)

Apax Partners Acquires Majority Stake in ADCO Group

The existing shareholders will retain a significant stake; Apax plans to support ADCO's international expansion, product and service strengthening, and digitalisation initiatives. The transaction was announced August 5, 2019 and expected to close in Q4 2019, subject to regulatory approvals.
