Mediterráneo Vida (MedVida) has signed terms to acquire CNP Partners, the Spanish subsidiary of CNP Assurances. MedVida expects to take effective control in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to regulatory approvals, using the acquisition to enter the Italian insurance market.

Apax Partners Acquires PIB Group from The Carlyle Group

Eurovita Acquires Pramerica Life from Prudential Financial
