Vida Capital Acquires Avmont, LLC

Vida Capital, together with private equity sponsors Reverence Capital Partners and RedBird Capital Partners, acquired the assets of Avmont, LLC to expand Vida’s life settlements and longevity-risk investment platform. Key members of Avmont’s senior team joined Vida and Vida also acquired Avmont’s intellectual property and select client and sub-advisory relationships; financial terms were not disclosed.
