Apogee Enterprises Acquires GroGlass

Apogee Enterprises agreed to acquire GroGlass for up to €62.5 million, with closing expected in Apogee’s fiscal 2027 third quarter. Apogee announced that it completed the acquisition on September 18, adding GroGlass’s advanced glass coatings and materials science capabilities to its Performance Surfaces business.
