Apollo Global Management announced that its managed funds entered into definitive agreements to acquire Nippon Sheet Glass Company for nearly $3.7 billion. The transaction includes an equity injection by Apollo funds and a conversion of part of NSG’s principal lenders’ debt into equity, with regulatory approvals and shareholder approval required and an expected close around March 2027.
