Appriss Retail Acquires LP Software

Appriss Retail, the retail-focused division of Appriss, Inc., has acquired LP Software, a Chicago-based developer of loss prevention, case management and compliance solutions. The acquisition brings LP Software's customer base of more than 150 retailers and a dataset of over 6 million cases into Appriss Retail, expanding its analytics, case/incident management and compliance capabilities for retail and ecommerce customers.
