Aquiline Capital Partners has launched Avondale Risk, a national platform to consolidate boutique third-party administrators (TPAs) and managed care providers. Concurrent with the platform launch, California firms Intercare, InterMed, and George Hills have joined Avondale Risk; Aquiline will provide strategic capital, technology and shared operational resources, and Lowell Hays was named CEO.
