The E‑Commerce Software Group, established by funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU), has acquired German VAT-compliance and invoicing SaaS provider amaZervice as a strategic add‑on to Billbee. The deal brings amaZervice’s Amainvoice product and ~2,500 customers into Billbee’s multi‑channel e‑commerce platform to expand marketplace invoicing and VAT compliance capabilities.

The transaction will provide CarLotz with capital to fund nationwide hub expansion, technology investments and continued growth; closing was expected in Q4 2020.
