Verana Health has acquired oncology-focused COTA (COTA Healthcare) in a transaction supported by a $52 million equity commitment from existing backers. The acquisition expands Cazoo's vehicle reconditioning and storage capacity in the UK and adds SMH's vehicle preparation, logistics teams and digital wholesale platform to Cazoo's operations.

Zoox will remain a standalone business led by CEO Aicha Evans and CTO Jesse Levinson as Amazon aims to accelerate the development and commercialization of safe, zero-emissions autonomous mobility.
