Arc Acquires Farmers Guardian and LAMMA from AgriBriefing

Arc, the B2B events, data and media platform backed by funds managed by EagleTree Capital, has acquired Farmers Guardian Ltd and LAMMA Ltd — the UK agriculture division of AgriBriefing. The deal is Arc’s first acquisition as it builds a global events and media platform; AgriBriefing has retained its focus on global pricing, analytics, forecasting, market data and consulting.
