ARCH Cutting Tools, an ARCH Global Holdings company based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, has acquired New York State Tool (NYST), a maker of custom solid round carbide cutting tools serving aerospace, defense and other industrial markets. The acquisition expands ARCH’s custom tooling capabilities and strengthens its presence in highly technical aerospace and defense manufacturing supply chains.
