ARCH Global Holdings’ division ARCH Cutting Tools acquired VR Wesson, a Cape Coral, Florida manufacturer of inserts, tool holders, and milling cutters. VR Wesson will be consolidated into ARCH Cutting Tools’ Orchard Park, New York facility to expand ARCH’s insert offerings and add laser PCD finishing capabilities for end markets including automotive and medical.
