ARCOS LLC, a Columbus-based provider of workforce management SaaS for utilities, has acquired TextPower, a mission-critical text messaging and communications provider for utilities. The acquisition adds real-time customer and employee communications capabilities to ARCOS's platform and brings TextPower's team and technology into ARCOS to serve its 400+ utility customers.
