The investment positions Arketi as the platform leader for a new network of B2B tech marketing and communications firms to accelerate growth, expand services and enter new verticals; TobinLeff served as M&A advisor on the transaction.

CACI International entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ARKA Group L.P. from funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities in an all-cash transaction valued at $2.6 billion. The acquisition adds space-based sensing and agentic AI-based software to strengthen CACI’s national security and geospatial intelligence capabilities, with the deal expected to close in CACI’s fiscal third quarter of 2026.
