Arlington Capital Partners acquired ENERCON, a specialized nuclear and highly regulated power engineering firm, from funds managed by Oaktree. As part of the transaction, ENERCON will merge with Arlington portfolio company Pond & Company and operate under the ENERCON name from Atlanta-area headquarters.
