Arlington Capital Partners entered into an agreement to acquire Eptec Defence, a Sydney-headquartered naval remediation and preservation services provider supporting the Royal Australian Navy and allied fleets. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, and Arlington plans to appoint Steve Zogas as CEO while keeping Eptec Defence’s existing management team in place operationally.
