Northrim Horizon, a Mesa, Arizona-based permanent capital investment firm, made a strategic growth investment in Solutions360 USA, Inc., a Newmarket, Ontario-based provider of ERP/PSA software for systems integrators. The capital will fund accelerated AI and automation development, new platform modules, and expanded partner integrations; Solutions360 also appointed Nate Gardner as CEO while founder Brad Dempsey remains CTO.

Averroes Capital Acquires Glacier Energy

Montrose Environmental Group Acquires Matrix Solutions Inc.

The investment — announced by BP Energy Partners, LLC — will support Mesa’s manufacturing, leasing and operations of natural-gas and liquid-propane generator sets for energy, commercial and industrial applications.
