Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired Eckhart Holdings, Inc., an automation solutions and systems-integration provider based in Warren, Michigan, from LFM Capital. Arsenal said it will invest incremental capital to scale Eckhart's engineering, robotics and Industry 4.0 capabilities and expand the company's presence across attractive end markets such as e-commerce, electric vehicles and consumer products.
