Aryza has acquired RiskLogix Solutions Holdings Limited, a UK-based provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software for banks, asset managers and insurers. The deal expands Aryza's product offering into GRC, extends its geographic reach into Africa and the Middle East, and represents an add-on to the Pollen Street-backed Aryza platform to drive cross-sell opportunities.
