ASC Engineered Solutions, a portfolio company of Tailwind Capital, has acquired Trenton Pipe Nipple Company of Federalsburg, Maryland. The acquisition adds brass and stainless nipple and fitting manufacturing and custom fabrication capabilities to ASC's product portfolio, expanding its product breadth and distribution capabilities.
