The deal provides ASGN with GlideFast’s elite ServiceNow consulting and implementation capabilities, and GlideFast’s team is integrated into Apex Consulting Services. ASGN later announced the acquisition closed, with GlideFast results added to ASGN’s financials beginning in Q3 2022.
