ASSA ABLOY acquired Pacific Lock Company (PACLOCK), a U.S. manufacturer of padlocks and security hardware headquartered in Valencia, California. PACLOCK, which had about 40 employees and 2025 sales of approximately $17 million, will join ASSA ABLOY’s Residential Business Segment within its Americas Division.
