Assembly Acquires Refersion

Assembly, an e-commerce technology company backed by Providence Strategic Growth (PSG), has acquired Refersion, a New York–based affiliate and influencer marketing platform. The deal adds Refersion to Assembly's suite of e-commerce software products (including Helium 10 and Order Metrics) to accelerate product development and expand merchant customer-acquisition capabilities.
