mPulse has acquired Clarity Software Solutions to combine Clarity's health communications and member-journey production capabilities with mPulse's Health Experience and Insights (HXI) platform, creating an omnichannel, AI-enabled member engagement solution. The deal was supported by mPulse's majority investor PSG and transitions Clarity leadership into mPulse (Steve Mongelli becomes President) to accelerate product integration and market expansion.

Inverness Graham-backed Syntrio Acquires ClearView Strategic Partners

Inverness Graham Investments announced that Syntrio, its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software platform, has acquired Toronto-based ClearView Strategic Partners, a provider of ethics reporting, whistleblower technology and case management solutions. The add-on transaction — the fifth completed during Inverness Graham's ownership of Syntrio — expands Syntrio's software capabilities and provides access to key international geographies; terms were not disclosed.

Serviceaide Acquires SunView Software

The deal combines Assurance's software and services with Avalution's advisory capabilities (including the BCOS methodology and Catalyst software) to expand the combined organization's BCM offerings for enterprise and public-sector clients.

ConnectWise Acquires Continuum and ITBoost

Clearview will operate as a division of Unanet in Lynchburg, Virginia, with Clearview CEO Matt Pantana joining Unanet’s management team to help expand Unanet’s offerings for AE and other professional services firms.
