Athena Gold Corporation has completed the acquisition of the Forester Gold Project by purchasing Last Bounty Gold, a private British Columbia company holding full interests in the project. The deal was structured as a share purchase: Athena issued 42 million common shares in exchange for all issued and outstanding common shares of Last Bounty, representing about 12% of Athena on a non-diluted basis at closing.
