ATIS, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired Bayline Lift Technologies, an independent elevator inspection and consulting firm headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia. The add-on strengthens ATIS's footprint in the Mid-Atlantic and expands its inspection and consulting capabilities for government and private-sector clients.
