Aero Accessories & Repair, LLC (backed by ATL Partners) acquired Miami-based New Generation Aerospace (NGA) and Tri-County Aerospace to expand its aerospace component MRO capabilities, particularly component rewind and power generation servicing. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the acquisitions were described as Aero Accessories’ fourth add-on since ATL Partners acquired the platform in May 2022.
