ATL Partners-backed Aero Accessories Acquires New Generation Aerospace and Tri-County Aerospace

Aero Accessories & Repair, LLC (backed by ATL Partners) acquired Miami-based New Generation Aerospace (NGA) and Tri-County Aerospace to expand its aerospace component MRO capabilities, particularly component rewind and power generation servicing. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the acquisitions were described as Aero Accessories’ fourth add-on since ATL Partners acquired the platform in May 2022.

Aerox Aerospace Group Acquires Omnigas Systems

Aerox Aerospace Group has acquired Omnigas Systems, a specialist in hydrostatic testing and MRO services for aviation oxygen components and aircraft fire-suppression systems. The business will operate as Aerox Omnigas MRO under the Aerox umbrella, expanding the group's MRO and testing capabilities to complement its oxygen systems engineering and manufacturing divisions.

Aero 3, Inc., the parent of AeroRepair and a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, has acquired Aircrafters, Inc., a New Castle, Delaware–based distributor of aircraft wheel and brake parts and provider of exchange asset pools. The acquisition expands Aero 3's parts distribution capabilities and North American logistics footprint while keeping Aircrafters' management in place.
