Audax Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in Lanter Delivery Systems from Equity Group Investments. Lanter, based outside St. Louis, operates a nationwide overnight, unattended delivery network serving automotive, agriculture, heavy-truck and industrial customers; Audax plans to invest in the network and technology to accelerate growth and expand end markets.
