Audax Private Equity Acquires Oakbridge Insurance from Corsair

Audax Private Equity has partnered with Oakbridge's management team to acquire a majority stake in Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC from Corsair Capital; terms were not disclosed. Audax said it will support Oakbridge's buy-and-build strategy to accelerate growth across the Southeast while Oakbridge's management and employees retain a significant ownership position.
