Signia Aerospace Acquires Aerox Aerospace Group

Signia Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, acquired Aerox Aerospace Group, a supplier of aviation oxygen systems for general, business, airline, military, and special-mission applications. The acquisition expands Signia’s engineered aircraft systems portfolio and adds portable and installed oxygen capabilities, including FAA Part 145 MRO support.

AeroVironment Acquires Empirical Systems Aerospace (ESAero) for About $200 Million

AeroVironment announced it has acquired Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc. (ESAero) in a deal valued at approximately $200 million, consisting of about $160 million in stock and the remainder in cash (subject to adjustments). ESAero will become a subsidiary within AeroVironment’s Precision Strike and Defense Systems group, strengthening the company’s electric and hybrid propulsion and advanced unmanned aircraft manufacturing capabilities.

Aero Energy Limited Acquires Urano Energy Corp. and Pegasus Resources Inc.

Aero Energy Limited entered into definitive arrangement agreements to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of Urano Energy Corp. and Pegasus Resources Inc. in order to form Manhattan Uranium Discovery Corp. The transactions are expected to close in late May 2026 and will be implemented via separate plans of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).

Electra.aero Acquires Airflow.aero

The acquisition expands Electra's technical capabilities and sales pipeline in the advanced air mobility market and raises its order book to nearly 800 units.

Rocket Lab Acquires SolAero Holdings

AeroVironment Acquires Arcturus UAV for $405M

AeroVironment, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVAV) will acquire Arcturus UAV, Inc., a Petaluma, California–based developer and manufacturer of Group 2 and 3 unmanned aircraft systems, for a total purchase price of $405 million (approximately $355 million cash and $50 million in AeroVironment stock). The acquisition expands AeroVironment's product portfolio into higher-value Group 2 and 3 UAS segments, adds Arcturus’s ~270 employees and COCO services capability, and is expected to be accretive to adjusted EBITDA and GAAP EPS in fiscal 2022.
