Autodesk Acquires MaintainX

Autodesk entered into a definitive all-cash agreement to acquire MaintainX, a modern maintenance and operations platform, for approximately $3.6 billion. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Autodesk Operations Solutions by connecting “design, make, and operate” workflows and adding rich maintenance/asset operational data to support AI-driven lifecycle insights. The transaction is expected to close later in Autodesk’s fiscal year, subject to regulatory reviews and customary closing conditions.
