HCLSoftware to Acquire Robotiq.ai to Expand Enterprise Agentic Automation

HCLSoftware plans to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Zagreb-based provider of enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) technology. The deal is intended to extend HCL UnO Agentic’s agentic AI orchestration by adding secure enterprise-grade execution for workflows in applications where APIs are unavailable or insufficient. The acquisition is expected to close in November 2026; financial terms were not disclosed.

Cognida Acquires Automate Platform From Within (Klarity)
