Avision Sales Group, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, completed the acquisition of six regional manufacturer representative firms — Angel-Cotton Associates, Apex Commercial Kitchen, Demlow Marketing, Mid-America Sales, Plexus Reps, and TRC Marketing — expanding the platform’s coverage to a national footprint across 46 states. The deals are part of Osceola and Avision’s buy-and-build growth strategy to broaden geographic coverage and deepen capabilities serving janitorial, hygiene and foodservice equipment manufacturers.
