PK Consumer Health Acquires HealthAid

PK Consumer Health, a portfolio company of Avista Healthcare Partners and Damier Group, has signed an agreement to acquire HealthAid Limited and HealthAid America Inc. HealthAid supplies VMS (vitamins, minerals, supplements) products to the independent pharmacy channel in the UK and US and is active in more than 50 countries via distributors. The transaction is expected to close in March 2026, with financial terms not disclosed.
