AXON Networks acquired Greenwave Systems to bolster its OSS/BSS capabilities and enhance wireless network and orchestration experience. The deal integrates Greenwave’s software-defined mobile connectivity and Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) orchestration (formerly WAVELY) into AXON Maestro, accelerating development of new OSS service management modules and expanding end-to-end orchestration for emerging wireless technologies such as Fixed Wireless Access and Low Earth Orbit satellites.
