AZZ Inc. announced it has acquired 100% of the equity in Seattle Galvanizing Company Inc., a multi-site hot-dip and spin galvanizing provider headquartered in Arlington, Washington. The acquisition expands AZZ Metal Coatings’ network to 43 galvanizing sites in North America and establishes AZZ’s first direct Pacific Northwest presence.
