The acquisition expands BP's national footprint and adds ASI's asset-light waste management and recycling capabilities for multi-location customers across the United States and Canada.

SWS — founded in 1978 with more than 70 employees and over $32 million in annual revenue — provides hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, transportation, container rental and washout services; the deal is TAS's third add-on since Blue Point acquired the platform in May 2019.
