Fisica, Inc., a defense products manufacturer headquartered in San Leandro, California, has acquired Space Vector Corporation, a longtime provider of high-reliability RF avionics, flight termination systems and battery solutions based in Chatsworth, California. Terms were not disclosed; Space Vector management will remain in place and the deal expands Fisica's capabilities across aircraft/UAV, missile/hypersonic, launch vehicle and satellite power and mission-critical RF systems.
